Refund Policy (Seoulism.ch)

At Seoulism, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not satisfied,

you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility (Return Window: 14 Days)

  • The return request is made within 14 calendar days after receiving the product.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.
  • You provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Sale and discounted items are also eligible for return. We do not charge any restocking fees.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@seoulism.ch within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping Cost:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at info@seoulism.ch with clear photos. In such cases, Seoulism will cover the return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or full refund.

4. Refunds (Processing Time: Within 10 Business Days)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If your refund does not appear after 15 business days, please contact us at info@seoulism.ch.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.
